1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website at https://www.getgarageworks.com or by scheduling or receiving services from Garage Works West Texas, LLC ("Garage Works," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Garage Works provides garage and shop reset services including but not limited to: removal and replacement of items, floor cleaning and debris removal, cobweb removal, window and windowsill cleaning, and organization at the customer's direction. Add-on services such as pressure washing and junk haul-off are available for an additional fee.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, including but not limited to situations involving safety hazards, items requiring more than a two-person lift, hazardous materials, rude or otherwise disrespectful customer(s).

3. Estimates and Pricing

Starting prices are published on our website and are provided as a baseline reference only. Final pricing is confirmed during a free on-site estimate and is based on garage or shop size, clutter level, and any selected add-on services. No work will begin until pricing has been confirmed and agreed upon by both parties.

Garage Works does not charge hidden fees. All applicable taxes will be disclosed at the time of payment.

4. Payment

Payment is due in full at the conclusion of service while our crew is on-site. We accept credit cards only. We do not accept cash or checks.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled by contacting us at (806) 209-8222 or [email protected]. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. In the event of inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control, we will reschedule your appointment at the earliest available opportunity.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that our crew has safe and reasonable access to the service area on the scheduled date. You agree to disclose any known hazards, fragile items, or special handling requirements prior to the start of service. Items designated for haul-off must be identified and set aside before the haul-off service begins.

7. Property Damage

Garage Works takes care in handling all items. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during service, please notify us immediately. We will assess the situation and work in good faith to make it right. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Garage Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Garage Works West Texas, LLC and its members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or your violation of these Terms of Service.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Garage Works West Texas, LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lubbock County, Texas.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

13. SMS & text messaging

Garage Works West Texas, LLC operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers regarding appointment confirmations, estimates, job updates, and promotional offers.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (806) 209-8222. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
