How long will the whole process take?

Most garage resets are completed in one day!

Do I need to stick around while you work?

No, as long as we have access, you're free to go about your day!

I've got a lot of stuff to get rid of — can you help with that?

Absolutely! We can coordinate removal for you.

Can you add shelving while you're at it?

We don't offer shelving just yet, but stay tuned!

What about painting — can you freshen up the walls or floor?

Painting isn't something we offer, but we'll make sure everything else looks great!

My garage door needs some love too — do you handle that?

We've got you covered! We can coordinate garage door services.

How many people will be coming to my home?

You can expect a friendly crew of 2 workers at your door!

Are there any hidden costs I should know about?

None at all! No hidden fees, ever — what you see is what you get.

Do you work on detached shops or commercial properties, too?

Great news — yes we do! Shops are a little different from garages though, since they come in all shapes, sizes, and purposes. Because of that, every shop gets its own individual quote so we can make sure we're the right fit and can truly deliver the value you deserve.

Do you provide a veteran discount?

Yes — 5%! With our founder being a veteran himself, he understands the value of giving back to those who served. Just show us a driver's license with the Veteran designation or a copy of your DD214.

How do I pay? What forms of payment do you accept?

Pay at the conclusion of our visit while we’re on location. Credit cards only.

What if it rains on the day of service?

If the weather gets nasty on the day of service, we’ll get you rescheduled at the earliest opportunity.

Are you insured?

Yes! This is an important level of protection for you and we have it.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes, we do. You don’t need to provide anything at all.

What if something gets damaged during the reset?

We’ll immediately set a course to make it right!

I have pets — is that a problem?

Nope…we love pets! Recommend keeping them safe & out of the way, though.

Realtor FAQs

Do you offer realtor pricing?

We use the same standard Garage Works pricing structure for homeowners, sellers, and realtor-referred listings. Realtor-referred listings may receive priority scheduling when timing is tied to photos, open houses, or listing launch.

Who pays for the service — the realtor or the seller?

Most often, the seller pays directly. Some agents may choose to cover the service as part of their listing-prep process. We can provide a quote either way.

Can realtors refer clients directly?

Yes. Realtors can send sellers to our quote form or contact us with the seller's permission.

Can this be completed before listing photos?

In most cases, yes, depending on schedule availability and garage condition. Realtor-referred listings with upcoming photo or open house deadlines are prioritized when possible.

What if something gets damaged during the reset?

We’ll immediately set a course to make it right!
